week three

for mabel

Your pet(s) can understand you perfectly for the next 5 minutes! Use this chance to tell them anything and everything you want them to understand. Our fluffy, scaly, and feathery companions do a lot for us. Maybe it’s a letter of appreciation! Do they get into the trash too much? Maybe your letter explains some rules they need to follow. Bonus points if you unclude a picture of your pet(s)!

Dear Mabel,

I love you but you need to stop biting me. I understand you want to play, but biting is a little much. Use your chew toys instead please. Also, it’s really cute when you get a little dirt on your nose though it’s not as cute when you rub it off on my white shoes or the white couch. The dirt needs to stay outside.

Remember that time you thought you could swim and jumped into the pool? It was really scary, and you didn’t like being all wet for hours. I didn’t like being soaking wet in my clothes either. I think we’d both be happier if that didn’t happen again. Yet, there’s no reason to be afraid of all water now, puddles are fun.

Lastly, thank you for always being so happy to see me. I miss you and I will come home soon!
